Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Information:
Regular Shipping Option Orders are shipped UPS GROUND or USPS Parcel/Global Service . (If you need faster service, tell us how to ship. Please note that faster shipping is just that, it will only reduce the shipping time. See below.)

Click HERE to find shipping information about an existing order. Using your confirmation number or your customer number you can now find out approximately when your order will arrive. Please note that some orders may not be available for tracking through the website due to the method of shipping, weight of item and/or price of order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information and order processing information to be available AFTER you have received your confirmation e-mail that your order has been shipped. Orders could possibly be shipped from multiple locations.
Express Delivery Available upon request please call to see if product is in stock!
Upgrading to Second Day Air does not change how long it takes us to ship products. It only reduces the travel time after leaving our warehouse. For example: an out of stock part might take two or more days to leave our warehouse, but then would be guaranteed (by Shipper) to arrive in two business days.
Truck Freight
Shipment:
Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a freight quote. The usual shipping charge for freight service runs between $50 and $75 dollars. Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you will have unloading help on hand. Always better if you can arrange drop off at a commercial location. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.) We will contact you with freight expense.
LIFT GATE SERVICE CHARGES VARY BY FREIGHT COMPANY; CHARGES MAY BE BETWEEN $50.00 AND $100.00 DEPENDING ON ITEM(S) PURCHASED. LIFT GATE SERVICES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY OF LARGE SIZE SHIPMENTS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIIMITED TO, LAWNMOWERS AND 2-STAGE SNOW THROWERS. WE WILL CONTACT YOU PRIOR TO SHIPMENT WITH FREIGHT CHARGES, AND TO DETERMINE IF LIFT GATE SERVICE WILL BE NEEDED FOR LARGE ITEMS.
International shipping may be available. Rates will vary depending on weight and country. Westenbroek is not responsible for any duty or taxes levied by receiving country. It the sole responsibility of the receiving party to pay any such charges.
* Canadian Customers: We generally will ship USPS to Canada.
NOTE: We cannot ship WHOLEGOODS(such as Chain Saws, Engines, ...) internationally.
Back-ordered Parts:
Most parts are in stock or available in 1-2 business days. Some parts, special order parts not listed by picture on our web site, may take longer. Please contact us at willrespond@westenbroekmower.com and we will check on status for you.

that are not in Stock can take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to get in. Because it is a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order. Please Note, returns will be subject to a 20% Manufacturer's restocking charge.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy is our priority. Your personal information will NEVER be shared or sold to anyone. We have taken extreme measures to ensure that our network is protected from any outside threats. Personal information taken is for order and shipping purposes. Some equipment purchases require product registration from us to the manufacturer. In this occurrence, your information will be given to the manufacturer for warranty registration purposes only. When this happens we always “check” the “customer does not want to be solicited” box when applicable.
Occasionally, we will review and change our policies. Please review our policies when visiting us in the future.
Registration
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Some of our business partners may use cookies on our site (for example, advertisers). However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.
Sharing
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
Occasionally, we are able to drop ship from a manufacturer directly to your address. We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies of these manufacturers.

Returns and Replacements
Returns

We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you feel the product quality does not meet your expectations, call or email our customer service department and we will be happy to assist. Allow us to make it right, and if you are still not happy, we will gladly refund your purchase price.
We will evaluate the part/products failure and issue a full refund of your purchase price in the method of original payment. You MUST obtain an RMA from our customer service department for a refund.
We will allow returns only if the product was purchased directly from Westenbroek's within the guidelines of our return policies.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return a product.
All products returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by calling Customer Service at

. After you receive your RMA number, package up your product and send it back to:

Products not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost if received by us:

Any product not purchased from Westenbroek's

Any product that has been installed or used (see Manufacturer's Warranties below).

Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product.

Any product that exhibits physical damage.
Please Note: Any product returned to Westenbroek's must be new, unused, complete, marked with a valid RMA number, and less than 30 days after original invoice date. Anything else will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a 20% processing charge for any return. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Limited Return
Eligibility:

Engines, Short Blocks and Decks are not eligible for return (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you on this type of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.
Electrical Items: May be exchanged, unused only. No refunds will be allowed.
Manuals: (not returnable).
Gaskets, gasket set and seals are (not returnable).
Engine Powered Equipment Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been fueled or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been fueled or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.
Refunds:
According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc.) an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and then a company check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund.
Shipping or Website Errors:
Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge
Warranties:
We at Westenbroek's strive to give over-the top customer service. If you find your product or part isn't performing to manufactures specs we will follow the guidelines specified by that manufacture.
Before purchasing please review our policies:
Manufactures Warranties : All products sold by Westenbroek's have a manufacturer warranty. Please be aware that warranties from defect are provided strictly through the manufacturer. If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you as well as a Warranty Authorized Return(WAR)number to be able to return the defective part. If you believe you have a defective product please contact customer service so we can assist you.
Engine Powered Equipment : If the product has been gassed or oiled: If you find there is a manufacture defect it will need to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty. Please contact customer service to assist you in finding the nearest authorized service center.

Parts Look-up
There are several ways to find parts on our website:
1. If you have a part number you can enter the part number in our parts database.
2. To look for parts listed on our website, start with the "browse our categories" or "locate your manufacturer" from the home page.
3. Parts lookup for your specific equipment and engine model, use our parts lookup page. You will need your equipment model and /or serial number. Keep in mind that your engine will have a different model than the equipment it is on. Depending on what kind of part you are looking for you may want to have both the engine numbers and the equipment manufactures numbers.
After you get your numbers go to the parts lookup and select your manufacturer, type of equipment and model to get parts breakdown images and order from that page.

Tax Free
Your purchase is 100% tax free if purchased and shipped outside the state of Michigan. If you are purchasing or shipping the product or part to MI, there is a 6.0% sales tax automatically added to your purchase total.
We are only required to collect taxes for the state of Michigan.
Many online retailers have warehouses or retail outlets in multiple states which require the state tax for each of their locations. We do not, so you save.
Payment, Pricing, and Promotions

You may pay by personal check or money order, but the order cannot ship until the check or money order clears (which usually takes about 5-10 business days). The exception is postal money orders, which are treated the same as cash.

Government and Educational Institution Purchases: A faxed PO must be sent to 616-667-2453. No purchase orders will be accepted without a fax. The following information must also be on the PO.

Viewing Orders
To view an existing order, or past orders, visit the Order History page located on our Home Page. To view orders, you must log in to our site with the information and password that you previously provided. Once you are logged in, you may check the order date, product information, status of your order, and payment information. Please call (877-966-9379) to speak to one of our service representatives if you have any further questions about an order.

Product Registration
When any piece of equipment is purchased from us, we will automatically register that product with the manufacturer. What this means for you, you will never need to send in a registration card or search for a sales receipt should you need warranty repairs. Simply bring it to your nearest service center and they will simply logon to the manufacturer’s website to find when it was purchased. It’s that simple.
