Shipping & Delivery

All equipment purchases are shipped FREE FREIGHT to the lower 48 states. Please call our customer service department for a shipping quote to any other area including Canada. Lift gate services are a $50 option. This is a recommended service if you order anything that weighs over 100 lbs. The equipment is shipped via semi-truck which are designed to unload at a loading dock. For residential drop off, you may need at least a few able bodies to assist in unloading or a liftgate. Our company has worked tirelessly to make this happen. We have negotiated with numerous freight companies to keep the rates low and save you money.

All parts orders have a flat shipping rate of $8.00. We do not charge any processing or handling charges. Whether you order 1 part or 1 truckload, you are guaranteed to only pay $8.00 to have the part(s) shipped to your doorstep.

We are a family owned company with a small town touch and a nationwide reach, with certified technicians in house. STIHL manufactures a full line of powerful, lightweight, and versatile handheld outdoor power equipment for homeowners and professional users. STIHL products are sold through independent servicing power equipment retailers only – not mass merchants.

Your privacy is our priority. Your personal information will NEVER be shared or sold to anyone. We have taken extreme measures to ensure that our network is protected from any outside threats. Personal information taken is for order and shipping purposes. Some equipment purchases require product registration from us to the manufacturer. In this occurrence, your information will be given to the manufacturer for warranty registration purposes only. When this happens we always “check” the “customer does not want to be solicited” box when applicable.

Returns & Replacements

We guarantee that you will be100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you feel the product quality does not meet your expectations, call or email our customer service department and we will be happy to assist. Allow us to make it right, and if you are still not happy, we will gladly refund your purchase price.

To obtain an RMA number from our customer service department, you must send an email to willrespond@westenbroekmower.com. After you receive your number, package up your product and send it back to:

We will evaluate the part/products failure and issue a full refund of your purchase price in the method of original payment. You MUST obtain an RMA from our customer service department for a refund.
